Jamie Wilmsen is a Partner and Co-Founder of WILsquare Capital. 

Jamie is a senior business leader with more than 30 years of proven managerial, operational, financial and profit loss management experience. His entrepreneurial management experience across a variety of industries and disciplines allows him to draw upon a unique set of experiences and understanding to work with business owners and management teams to drive organizational growth and accelerated profitability.

Jamie served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of a technology infrastructure company, guiding the company in the transition from entrepreneurial-owned to a professionally structured enterprise that ultimately sold to a larger, Private Equity-backed regional service provider.

Jamie also served as the Chief Financial Officer of a telecommunications network provider where he successfully restructured the accounting and finance team to be more closely aligned with the accelerating growth of the business.  He played an active role in securing a $250 million credit facility from a syndicate of both traditional banks and large institutional asset managers in support of future growth.

As President of a family-owned company, Jamie lead his team in receiving Walmart’s Vendor of the Year Award and Target’s Vendor Excellence Award on three occasions. 

Jamie is a Certified Public Accountant (non-active) with an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Jamie and his wife generously commit their time and resources to a number of educational institutions and charities in the St. Louis community. They have three adult children.
