ST. LOUIS – WILsquare Capital, a St. Louis-based private equity firm, announced the hiring of Andrew Scharf as Vice President.  

Andrew joins WILsquare Capital from Croft & Bender, a middle market investment banking firm located in Atlanta, GA. After graduating with highest honors from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master’s in Accounting, Andrew began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Atlanta.  He joined Croft & Bender in 2014 as an Investment Banking Analyst and quickly progressed to Senior Analyst, Associate and Vice President. Andrew participated in all aspects of deal sourcing and execution as well as supporting investments in three growth equity funds.
